Based in Miami Beach, Florida, Sacred Bodywork
offers massage continuing education seminars and
workshops for spas, healing art centers, massage
therapists, personal trainers and bodyworkers who
wish to add a new dimension to their work. Our
approach follows the Eastern belief that we are all
beings of energy with physical form. Purely
mechanical work only treats one aspect of the whole;
therefore, truly transformational work must address
the energetic being, as well. In all of our
workshops, regardless of technique, we teach
students to work with energy to make their work even
more effective. If you are looking for a
certification and NCBTMB and Florida State massage
continuing education hours for re-licensing, we will
provide you the opportunity to learn and practice in
one of our massage & bodywork intensive programs.

Hawaiian Lomi Lomi is transformational bodywork
based on ancient kahuna traditions. Using sacred HA
breathing techniques, visualization, Mana energy
work and the rhythms of the Hula dance, it works
gently but deeply into the recipient's body, mind
and spirit, using continuous flowing wavelike
strokes and nurturing thebody.
It is an experience that overwhelms the mind with
sensations and at the same time communicates
unconditional love, freedom, joy and acceptance to
the inner self.
Level I - Hawaiian LomiLomi
- The Back Position 16 CE hours
Learn to
perform a basic Lomilomi massage on the back of the body.
Level II - The Basic LomiLomi Massage
- Front and Back Positions 16 CE hours.
Build on
the basics from level I, full body integration
including working above and below the body at
once.

This
workshop go beyond basic protocols to introduce an
array of possibilities when
integrating sacred energy of the Pohaku stones into
your massage/ healing practice. By combining the
warm stones with a deep Lomilomi flowing massage,
you will enhance your massage techniques in any
modality you are trained in resulting in an
extremely soothing massage session for your clients
while saving the wear and tear on your hands and
wrist.

Over its 2500 year history, Thai Yoga
Massage has evolved into a unique blend of pranayama
breathing, meditation, hatha yoga, compassionate
touch, energetic medicine and heart-based healing.
In this two-day workshop, you will experience the
power and beauty of Thai Yoga Massage through
demonstrations with thorough explanations and
hands-on giving and receiving.
You will learn to perform a Traditional Thai Yoga
Massage in the Front and Back Positions. By the end
of the course, you will be able to give a delightful
90-minute to 2-hour massage the Thai way. Thai
massage can be described as having yoga done to you,
so it’s an amazing experience for both the giver and
the receiver.
Wear loose comfortable clothing for easy movement
and stretching and bring your swimsuit for the Spa.

adapted to the table. In these hands-on classes, you will learn a little
about the basics of Traditional Thai Massage and how to incorporate Thai
techniques into your existing practice.
