This Private couples massage class offers a multifaceted approach: compassion in action and sacred bodywork.

This experiential massage class is about opening to love, learn basic massage techniques, and renewing connections.

We believe that a loving, happy relationship is built and strengthened by giving time, energy and attention to effective communication, heartfelt understanding, fun, appreciation and quality time spent together

Partners will learn to do a complete RELAXING, stress-reducing massage in an atmosphere of safety, relaxation, and self-exploration. You will learn to find, to experience:

• New ways of loving each other through quality of touch and massage.

• To have more appreciation for each other, and to deepen your commitment to creating happiness in your life together.

• Develop new tools to create empathy for and curiosity about each other.

• Experience friendship and passion in touching and being touched.

• Develop techniques to relax or energize your partner.

• Find ways to give to each other without tiring.

• Allow & let go of the need to be perfect.

• And finally experience new levels of safety, connection, and appreciation for each other restoring passion and joy to your relationship.

The class is conducted in one of the Sacred Bodywork locations; we have set up a beautiful welcoming, soothing Spa like space, with Jacuzzi, double showers, and a full equipped massage room.

Each couple gets plenty of hands on experience and personal attention. Both partners will learn how to give and receive a nurturing massage, and discover new ways to touch each other using our Sacred Bodywork Massage techniques. The class emphasizes mutual support and enhanced sensitivity for both giver and receiver and it focuses on increasing communication between the partners. 

Two massage therapists and the couple are always in the training session. They will show them how to create a comfortable, intimate & relaxing atmosphere, basic massage techniques, quality of touch, proper body mechanics to both give and receive massage, information about exotic body treatments, hydrotherapy recipes, lotions, oils and much more. The format of the class consists of a 40-minute demonstration, followed by 40 minutes of supervised hands-on practice per person. They will be able to watch as these techniques are demonstrated and then each partner gets to practice on his/her partner or significant other with their supervision, feedback and guidance. 

Massage sessions are provided by Dennis Stovall and Jairo Cardona LMTs and NCBTMBs. Both are the directors and founders  of Sacred Bodywork Holistic Bodywork and Continuing Education Center in Miami Beach, Fl. Nationally certified, insured, and members of the (AMTA) American Massage Therapy Association and of the (FSMTA) Florida State Massage Therapy Association.
