Sacred Bodywork Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Please see the details of each individual retreat for any exceptions to the guidelines below:

50% of retreat deposits are non-refundable in all cases.

Typically, after the early bird space deadline, participants will qualify for only a partial refund unless their space is filled. If the space is filled, we will refund all but 50% of the initial deposit amount.

- More than 90 days before the retreat, participants can receive a full refund, less the non-refundable part of the deposit.

- 61-90 days before the retreat, participants can receive a refund of 50% of the total amount paid.

- 60 days or less before the retreat, participants are not eligible for any refund.

Because the bulk of the retreat expenses are due as much as 60 days in advance, after this deadline, we are not able to issue any refund or roll your payment over to another retreat.

If we do not have enough registered participants, Sacred Bodywork will cancel the retreat 60 days in advance. In that case, all amounts paid can be refunded or rolled over into another workshop/retreat, at the participant's discretion.

Should any workshop/retreat be canceled by Sacred Bodywork, the entire amount paid will be refunded within fourteen days after the workshop's cancellation. Once this occurs, Sacred Bodywork has no obligations regarding any additional costs or fees related to the issuance and/or cancellation of airline tickets or other travel reservations. Sacred Bodywork accepts no liability for any airline cancellation penalty incurred by the purchase of a non-refundable ticket. Nor does it accept liability for canceled flights.

Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended that all workshop participants purchase Trip Cancellation, Baggage, Accident and Medical insurance from a reputable insurance company.
